    Today we have a guest blog on getting started with a mortgage by our lending partner David Grauwels of Waterstone Mortgage. 

     

    Step 1: Apply online

    Apply with Dave at DGBuyAndRefi.com

    Select the “Pre-Qualify” option from the dropdown menu.

     

    Step 2: Meet with Dave to discuss the loan process

    Below are the required documents for pre-qualification. Please bring these to our initial meeting to accelerate the pre-qualification process.

    To get pre-qualified, you must provide the following information to your lender:

    • Last 2 years of W2 statements from your employer
    • Last 30 days worth of pay stubs
    • Last 2 months of bank statements (checking/savings)—all pages
    • Last 2 years’ individual tax returns—all pages and schedules

    My job is to assist you and help you get pre-qualified. It is important to share any details that may impact your pre-qualification so we can plan ahead and navigate the process without any surprises.
