As a successful Buyer Agent, you will generate, schedule and conduct buyer presentations with potential buyers, schedule showings at homes buyer’s desire to see and that fit their needs and wants. You will prepare offers to purchase on behalf of clients to get the best possible price for your buyer.
The ideal person should be decisive, self-motivated & have a consultative style. Should be aggressive, competitive & a high performer. Must be a persuasive, outgoing, people-person with NO FEAR of picking up the phone and calling a potential buyer or seller. We have more qualified leads than we can handle & therefore we need you! Income is commission with NO CEILING.
Qualifications and Skills

Key skills: Excellent communication skills, strong phone voice, ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational and time management skills.
Mandatory requirements: Team oriented, learning based, possessing sheer GRIT and the will to succeed.
Real estate experience not required; must have or be willing to obtain a Real Estate license.
