    Hill Farms is a neighborhood in Madison, Wisconsin, just west of the University of Wisconsin’s main campus. It has a small town feel with all the conveniences of a big city at its fingertips. It’s full of trees and has two parks and the local grade and middle schools inside the neighborhood, and several others like Garner Park nearby.

    There’s a swim club and a ski club in Hill Farms for anyone who loves athletics, and it’s only a short drive to downtown Madison, making it the perfect place for anyone who’s new to the area.

    The houses in Hill Farms are generally 50-to-55-year-old brick homes with exterior siding, three or four bedrooms and anywhere from 1.5-3 bathrooms. Just about every house has two fireplaces to sit in front of during those cold winters, and many have screened porches to enjoy the summer months in.

    The nightlife is incredible, with many great clubs and restaurants that also showcase local musicians. For anyone who loves culture, Madison is a paradise that you may not have considered before now. There’s a lot to do for people that are not as culturally incline as well.

    You can go see UW Badgers Games at Camp Randall Stadium during the college football season, and you can also go to one of the many gorgeous parks in the city overlooking Madison’s famous twin lakes, Lake Monona and Lake Mendota.

    Also Madison is close to famous vacation spots like Baraboo and Wisconsin Dells which are just a short drive away. The Schools are part of the Madison School District and are considered to be among the best in Wisconsin. UW Medical Center is nearby and it is considered to be a great hospital.

    Simply put, Hill Farms is a perfect neighborhood in a town you might not have expected to be so great. Whether summer or winter, Madison is a perfect city, and Hill Farms is one of its best options for living.
