The Community of Valley Ridge
Valley Ridge is an affordable, middle class neighborhood of over 500 homes. The homes are modest and open to families, seniors, couples with a new baby and professional singles, and there is a home to fit all needs.
They are single family dwellings on property of approximately one half acre to one acre. The majority of the houses are three bedrooms with two baths, which allows plenty of room for a family of two to three children.
The houses were built around 1991, but Ozzie and Harriet would feel perfectly fine in Valley Ridge. This means that the community is friendly and safe for all who live here or who visit. It is a typical American neighborhood, and in the midst of it all is Valley Ridge Park.
This park compliments the foliage of the area, which includes pine trees and oaks, and offers a meeting place, basketball and other games for the children, and plenty of open space to walk, jog or ride a bicycle.
